After all of the kafuffle faced by the Gap over their new logo these past two weeks, the Gap has finally done something right. Amidst all this mayhem, the Gap has finally started to hype their new Gap Body Fit collection that was launched in September. Trying to compete with other women’s sportswear brands like Lululemon, the Gap Body Fit collection is geared towards the modern, sporty and active woman.

The Gap, a prominent American clothing brand with a long-standing reputation of quality and dependability, is now unfortunately caught in the middle of a complete and utter logo fiasco. Microsoft reveals the new IE9 logo

Back in the early days of the Internet, Internet Explorer was the go-to browser for most people on the Internet. According to w3 schools, 83% of Internet users used Internet Explorer in November 2002. In recent years however, other browsers have emerged that have started to slowly chip away at Microsoft’s Internet domination. Firefox has emerged as the new Internet browser superstar and is now being used by 46% of Internet users. Internet Explorer still holds its number two position however, it is under the constant threat of Chrome whose popularity has been steadily increasing since its introduction in 2008.

In view of the upcoming elections to the United States Senate this November, the Democrats of the United States announced their new logo design last week. The new logo was designed by SS+K, a New York-based marketing and communications agency. Here it is... This is the first time the Democrats have rebranded themselves since Bill Clinton's presidency. Greenpeace announces a new BP logo design and asks us to “tell BP where to stick it”

After three months of submissions from international designers and non-designers alike, Greenpeace has finally chosen a winner. As most of you probably already know, Greenpeace recently launched an international competition where they asked anyone and everyone to redesign BP’s logo so that it more accurately conveyed BP’s general lack of concern with the impact of their actions on the environment.
